Our Mobile Catering Trailers are designed to handle meals anywhere from 200 - 6,000 people in Rapid-Response Disaster Recovery situations such as Environmental Disasters, Fire, Hurricane and Earthquake ridden areas. Our trailers can also provide First Class Food Service and Event Management for Weddings, Proms, Social Functions, Stadium Events, Arenas, Concerts and Cast & Crew Productions and just about any special event you can think of.

Recently we extended our service for Paul McCartney's personal chefs to prepare meals for the performer and his 100-member entourage in both Phoenix, AZ and Miami, FL. Our chefs specialize in preparing food for large gatherings and are used to operating under tight deadlines. We love what we do and you will too!
